It means that, from certain problem or many of them, that customer presents, we collect information, and then we think, re-think and provide a solution’s plan to client in order to align better their business from our job. You can say that everyone do that, but we really think about your business and then suggest applications or actions. We believe that first is to analyze your specific business before selling some a short-term solution.
Innovate
Our innovation skills are result from being well detail-oriented in the previous stage. We prefer to say “No or we don’t know” instead of doing something we are not sure to finish it. On the other hand, we motivate to do strong research and to be creative in order to offer the solutions when we say “Yes, we can do it”!
Implement
There are different skills to be involved in the daily activity and to keep the motivation for doing the small tasks to fit the solution to the end.
