MasVentas is a bank that operates mainly in the provinces of Salta and Jujuy. We implemented a Business Intelligence project that culminated in a managerial control panel, using the BSC methodology, adapted to fit MasVentas particularities.
We have created managerial reports in the areas of information for the Central Bank, Administration, Marketing and Sales. We also provided client segmentation following diverse criteria, comparing against budgets or plan costs.
The data warehouse was built with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and MicroStrategy as mining and information presentation tool, in the form of tachometers, traffic lights, and diverse graphical mechanisms that ease the detection of business opportunities.
